Selected profile endpoints also accept cacheMaxAge=1d|3d|7d|14d|30d. Only successful responses consume credits — failed or empty results are never charged.
Does Bluesky require OAuth for public reads?+
No. AppView getProfile / getAuthorFeed / getPostThread are already public. Captapi is a normalized JSON client (isRepost marked, embeds as external | images | video | quote) on the same key as the rest of the catalog — not a way around an auth wall. Bluesky-only jobs can call the AppView directly. App passwords are for writes; we do not post, like, or follow.
