What is the Instagram Reels By Audio ID API?

Pass audioId (numeric Instagram audio id) or a https://www.instagram.com/reels/audio/{id}/ URL. The envelope answers whether the sound is trending — isTrendingInClips, and trendRank / previousTrendRank only while it is — plus music{} (id, title, artist, durationMs, audioType, coverUrl, and alternate ids only when they differ from id). Then the public Reels using that sound, same row shape as /instagram/details (shortcode, postType, productType, thumbnailUrl, mediaCount, children, hashtags, mentions, flags). hasMore is true when the listing window filled limit.
