TikTok almost never shows an account's country publicly, so when that value is missing we estimate the country from public cues like the bio, display name, and language. The response tells you whether the country came from TikTok itself or from that estimate, and how confident the estimate is (high, medium, or low). You also get the interface language and core profile stats — followers, following, total likes, and video count — plus display name, verified and private flags, and the avatar.
